I was looking for a way to improve my golf fitness. I have been golfing for years but I’m not getting any better at it. The thing is that there is a lot of prestige in my line of work for the guy who is good at his game. I’ve seen deals get signed with little talk just because a guy in my line of work could make an Eagle on a hole. I know it sounds silly but it is just the way it is. When we go out in a foursome, the weakest player almost always has the least say in things during the on course business meeting. The conversation is casual on the fairway. It gets more business like on the green. The other party almost always tries to point out the tough issues at the tee. It is a giveaway when a guy good off the tee hooks or slices after the other side drops an informational bombshell. The only time I can relax now at golf is when I play a round with my grandson. As for business golf, I need to be stronger and take points off my card with some good training.

I will never ever leave my glass trophies out in the open again. Back then, I used to have a table at home where all my trophies are neatly displayed. Against the recommendation of my wife to store them safely, I felt that I did not have to do it. One thing I completely disregarded was the fact that toddlers are very playful and curious. One Friday night, the wife and I were having dinner with a couple of our friends and we hired a babysitter to look after our child. Apparently, the sitter was in the bathroom when our child decided to”look”at the glass trophies. In a flash, all of them fell to the ground. We received a text message about what happened and we came rushing home. It is quite all right that the trophies broke, as long as our kid did not have any cuts or bruises. I guess it’s a hard lesson that I had to learn.

I have been trying to get into shape lately and that means that I have got to be much more active. My wife is telling me that I need to go walking with her more, but when I tried to go with her my feet ended up hurting really badly. I had to get a new pair of shoes that would provide support and comfort for my heels. When I was shopping for shoes, I found the New Balance 993 shoe which was just perfect for my foot. Other shoes have soles that feel too rigid but these shoes had just the perfect amount of cushioning. Plus, when I went out walking with my wife I didnt have aching feet by the end of the walk. I can finally keep up with her and maybe even start losing some weight. It is so nice to finally have comfortable shoes on my feet!

Even though it has only been available on the market for a few weeks, there is already a large amount of controversy surrounding the watch and a large number of runners are failing to fall for its sleek lines and snazzy online training community.

There are a few main gripes that I have about the Nike SportWatch GPS that mean that many more advanced runners are steering clear. One of the problems is that the watch is unable to record anything other than current pace. Current pace is susceptible to large swings and deviations from both minute changes in pace and GPS signal strength/accuracy.

I am looking forward to the fight that Leben is going to fight against Brian Stann. Stann could win the fight because he has excellent striking. Chris will have to be careful when exchanging punches with Stann. Brian Stann has 9 wins and 3 losses. I think that it is going to be a very evenly matched fight. I am rooting for Chris Leben, and I am hoping Chris can beat up Brian Stann. Brian Stann used to be U.S. Marine. I think that Chris can win the fight because he is a more well rounded fighter.

I am very interested in the UFC because I am involved in the sport of MMA which is used in the UFC. I think that it is really cool to watch other people’s fighting styles. My favorite fighter in the UFC is probably Forrest Griffin, or George St. Pierre. I go to MMA classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I try my hardest, and every night I do push ups to help me get better and stronger. The UFC is only for the toughest guys ever! You have to have everything. You need striking, take downs, and all kinds of fighting styles that will help you win a fight. Kids MMA is my favorite sport ever!

I have Meniere’s Disease. It is a rare inner ear disease that causes vertigo, nausea, and progressive hearing loss. A lot of people have balance issues, especially related to vertigo. Multiple sclerosis, migraines, Lymes disease, and many other things can cause vertigo or other balance problems. When diagnosed with a balance disorder, you tend to give up many of the leisure activities you once enjoyed and sometimes even the day to day functioning activities, such as driving. Thanks to a phenomenal doctor, I am able to drive again. However, there are many activities I no longer enjoy. I doubt I will ever down-hill ski again. I do not like to tube behind a boat anymore. I will never go on amusement park rides again, and I do not like to go on busy streets to go biking. That said, what does intrigue me are the adult tricycles. That would definitely alleviate the balance concerns of biking and still enable exercise and recreation. There is even one that is a side by side two-seater. Both can pedal at the same time, but they do not have to pedal together. It looks like a great way to enjoy a once loved activity and still be with my spouse.
